Shot Matic is an indie SaaS tool that helps developers and indie makers generate store-ready screenshots for Chrome Web Store, Product Hunt, Gumroad, AppSumo and more. We operate at shotmatic.app.

2. What we collect
- Email address — when you sign up or contact us.
- Usage data — which platforms you use, features accessed (anonymous, aggregated).
- Uploaded screenshots — processed to generate your listing assets, not permanently stored after export.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card details.
- Standard web logs — IP address, browser type, referrer (security & debugging only).
3. How we use it
- To generate your store screenshots and deliver exports.
- To send product updates — only if you opt in.
- To improve the product via anonymous usage patterns.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for advertising.
4. Your uploaded images
Screenshots you upload are processed in real-time. They are not permanently stored on our servers. Exported assets are temporarily available for download and automatically deleted within 24 hours.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: session (keeps you logged in) and preference cookies (remembers your last platform, theme). No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
6. Third-party services
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — infrastructure and CDN hosting.
- Google Fonts — font delivery.
7. Data retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Uploaded files are purged within 24 hours of your session.
8. Your rights
- Access or export your personal data at any time.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Opt out of marketing emails in one click.

HTTPS across the entire service. Modern web security practices. Data access is restricted to what's needed to operate the product. We take this seriously — your trust is our only business model.
